It’s draining enough just getting through the tricky days without feeling pressure to excel. This unframed A4 print is my reminder to myself and you that we have to survive before we can thrive. So… eat, hydrate, stay warm, stay home, do little things that make you happy, move around, get a bit of fresh air. Keep being kind, keep making sure you’re supporting others, raising the voices of people who have been marginalised. Being a person who survives without that being at the expense of others.
